I’m always looking for convenient tools with powerful advanced capabilities. Many of the elements we use for website and banner design come in file formats that usually require tools like Photoshop or Illustrator just to open them. One really cool tool I came across is photopea.com, which gives you almost all of Photoshop’s editing capabilities in an online interface, completely free.
This is a very interesting development by a team whose goal was to create a highly advanced and accessible editing tool, especially in terms of cost.
(For many people I speak with, this is the biggest value when asking the question: “How do I open a file of type…?”)
